People interacting regularly with clients through area management functions or more store management functions are usually extremely heterogeneous in a same brand for obvious geographical, cultural, education… reasons. Besides their clients are also multifaced, more informed, extremely mobile…making the client experience extremely interesting but also more challenging.
That is why we want to support all these people, taking into account their differences, to be more alert and prepared to these new clients’ challenges. We aim at valuing their profession in developing regularly their know-how and skills through customized and personalised development paths.
Path particularly suits challenges in homogenization or scaling-up functions.
Development paths can be developed, animated & managed in French, English and Chinese.
Possible locations for group sessions fully depend on paths & groups.
The path development duration can vary from 2 to 6 months.
A development path is usually a consolidation of 6 to 10 modules animated every 2-to-3 weeks.
By brand, in order for participants to be pro-active, we might limit the size of group learners.
/ First of all, our methodology to develop these paths starts with perfectly understanding the brand’s objective and its talents’ challenges.
/ Then, we investigate participants’ know-how and learning preferences which can lead to split them into coherent groups. Also, we take into consideration learners specifications: geography, language, availability.
/ Third of all, we design and assemble adequate and personalized contents/modules in blended formats (e-learning, group sessions, role plays, case studies, webinars, games…) to build these paths.
/ Lastly, we manage groups and participants through our web platform to monitor their progression (4 to 5 months) and deliver a final evaluation and certification.
